Unique Two-Step Process
Step 1 begins by using an environmentally friendly, thick foam cleaner that does not contain any chlorine bleach or acids. This foaming cleaner kills mold and mildew and softens the dirt and grime. This allows us to use low pressure to wash your deck, dock or home, resulting in less damage to your wood. This step also opens up the pores of the wood, which is necessary to allow our protectant to be absorbed.
Step 2 is the application of the penetrating wood protectant with semi-transparent cedar toner. We flood on the protectant using an airless sprayer to assure the volume of product necessary for proper protection. We follow immediately with back brushing to help work the protectant into the wood and control drips and runs. The protectant contains water repellent, UV protection and a mildewcide.
