Dear John:
Well, here we are just a week this side of the completion of our deck refinishing project and we just needed to drop you this note to tell you that the entire project turned out to be unbelievably perfect for us!! We could not be more pleased and our satisfaction level can be placed at well above 150%!!

Seeing your information at the Home Show in Tulsa in September was our very first introduction to what “Wood Re New” might could do for us so we gave you a call later just to ask you to come by our home, look over our needs, and give us a job cost estimate…all this you did with such service that we were convinced at that time that for us it was worth giving you a chance to make our “old appear almost new”!! Needless to say, this is exactly what occurred!!

As you made the contact to schedule our job we had several reasons to delay your coming…none of which seemed to present any real problem for you, which we appreciated very much. Finally, we made an agreed to time and you came right on schedule, did the cleaning, and returned the next day to apply the product process, including all the extra lattice work that I threw in on you somewhat at the last minute which, by the way, was more than a second mile effort on your part and just added so much more work to the scope and overall effectiveness of our original discussion of what the job would entail!!

John, you really did us a service beyond our wildest hopes. Our deck and all the other wood around it is now in a status of, actually, better than new. We had no amount of delay once you began our job, you worked very quickly, thoroughly and complete. Your pricing structure for this job was very affordable for us. Once the job was completed, one could not tell that you had even been here and several folks who have seen the results of your process have actually thought that we might have just replaced our deck!!

So, we just wanted you to know that this project turned out for us to be more successful than we had ever expected. You are a workman with high work ethic and throughout our working relationship you always seemed willing to do more than you had ever committed to in our original discussions. While this letter may come to you as total surprise since you made no request of us to put anything in writing related to this job, we would never hesitate for one moment to speak well in your behalf. We look forward to your continued supervision of our wood needs in this location and will freely recommend you and this process to whomever we get opportunity. We are very, very happy with our decision to use you and this product.
