First Wood Re New Satellite Office
Lance Gold operated the first Wood Re New satellite store in Northwest Arkansas. He was instrumental in proving the procedures of the Wood Re New system could be duplicated in other markets. Lance operated the Arkansas unit from December 1999 until February 2003 when he purchased the franchise. In September 2005 at the young age of 31 he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. At our annual convention in January 2006 he was awarded with the “Pioneer Award”. On March 15, 2006 we lost our dear friend and colleague. (read obit)
To keep his memory alive each year at our annual convention we present a franchisee with the “Lance Gold Award-Live With Passion” Lance was a hard worker who exceeded customer expectations in every area, always setting high expectations for himself and driven to be the best. The individual that receives this award demonstrates the same characteristics, always strives to do better, great work ethic, and takes great pride in the Wood Re New brand.
