General Job Requirements

Production Leader /Laborer
	• No experience necessary
	• Must be able to lift 75 + lbs.
	• Work Outdoors
	Duties:
	• Clean exterior wood with pressure washer
	• Protect exterior wood with airless sprayer
	• Filling out work order reports
	• Production leaders may be responsible for training, sales, supervision, scheduling, quality control
Office
	• Direct Mail preparation
	• Answer phones
	• Some accounting data entry
Management
	• Clean & protect exterior wood
	• Estimate jobs
	• Schedule work
	• Supervise work teams
	• Maintaining work orders
	• Networking to build the business
	• Responsible for hitting sales goals
	• Keeping expenses in line
