Position Information
Production Leader /Laborer
- No experience necessary
- Must be able to lift 75 + lbs.
- Work Outdoors
Duties:- Clean exterior wood with pressure washer
- Protect exterior wood with airless sprayer
- Fill out work order reports
- May be responsible for training, sales, supervision, scheduling, quality control as a Production Leader
Office
- Direct Mail preparation
- Answer phones
- Some accounting data entry
Management
- Clean & protect exterior wood
- Estimate jobs
- Schedule work
- Supervise work teams
- Maintain work orders
- Network to build the business
- Responsible for hitting sales goals
